We are sorry to hear that you are missing an item in your delivery. To help you as accurately and quickly as possible we kindly ask you to follow our procedure for delivery complaint which is as follows:
A missing item must be reported within 14 days after delivery with the customer service department
Fill in the return form as completely as possible (packing list no., item no., colour code, size and quantity)
- In case of more items missing, please fill out the attached Excel form to report all item no., colour code, size and quantity).
All fields with " * " in front are mandatory
After receiving the complaint, Customer Service will review the request for approval and send a confirmation by email
