• Return requests are only accepted if they are registered via the Service Portal

• Customer service will review the request for approval and send a confirmation by email

• Returned boxes are only accepted with accompanied Petrol return form, incl. the Return no. physically marked outside of the box

• Only pre-advised returns will be accepted and are to be delivered per forwarder to our warehouse

• Returns handed over during visits of our sales agents are not allowed

• Returned items to Petrol Industries must meet the following conditions:

1. Customer stickers must be removed
2. Original Petrol hangtag labels should be attached
3. Alarm labels must be removed
4. Clothes should be in original condition and not been worn

Petrol Industries reserves the right to charge a € 0,50 cent fee per product if the required conditions are not met
