We are sorry to hear that you received an extra box and thank you for letting us know.
To help you as accurately and quickly as possible we kindly ask you to follow our procedure for delivery complaints which is as follows:
Make sure that UPS/ DHL employee always writes the delivery dispute on the Freight note
The extra received box must be reported within 14 days after delivery with the customer service department
Fill in the return form as completely as possible (Packing list no. and Track & Trace no.)
All fields with " * " in front are mandatory
After receiving the complaint, Customer Service will review the request and send a confirmation by email
