Received damaged box
We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged box. To help you as accurately and quickly as possible we kindly ask you to follow our procedure for delivery complaints which is as follows:
- Make sure that UPS / DHL employee always writes the delivery dispute on the Freight note
- The damaged box must be reported within 14 days after delivery with the customer service department
- Damaged boxes occurred during transport must be reported within 5 days after delivery with the customer service department
- All fields with " * " in front are mandatory
- Fill in the return form as completely as possible (Packing list no. and Track & Trace no.)
- Add pictures of the damaged box when you send the return form
- After receiving the complaint, Customer Service will review the request and send a confirmation by email.
