Received wrong item
We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. To help you as accurately and quickly as possible we kindly ask you to follow our procedure for a delivery complaint which is as follows:
- A wrongly received item must be reported within 14 days after delivery with the customer service department
Fill in the return form as completely as possible (packing list no., item no., colour code, size, and quantity)
All fields with " * " in front are mandatory
After receiving the complaint, Customer Service will review the request for approval and send a confirmation by email
