Received a damaged item
We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged item. To help you as accurately and quickly as possible we kindly ask you to follow our procedure for a delivery complaint which is as follows:
- A damaged received item must be reported within 14 days after delivery with the customer service department
Fill in the return form as completely as possible (packing list no., item no., colour code, size and quantity and damaged reason)
- In case of multiple damaged items, please fill out the attached Excel form to report all item no., colour code, size and quantity and the reason and rootcause of the damaged items). You can use the drop-down list on the form.
All fields with " * " in front are mandatory
After receiving the complaint, Customer Service will review the request and send a confirmation by email
